Auto Indent Visual Studio 2010 Code With Ctrl-K-F

In Visual Studio 2010, hitting Ctrl-K, Ctrl-F will auto indent a highlighted section.  Ctrl-A, Ctrl-F Ctrl-F will do the whole file.
